Wig Processing Time:

Processing times vary based on proximity:

• Local Orders: These are completed within three business days.

• Distant Orders: These are completed within 5-7 business days. They will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with a $10 shipping fee. Tracking numbers will be provided upon shipment.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

Due to health and sanitary regulations, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, we are committed to providing excellent customer service and will endeavor to meet your needs.

 

Lace Wig Details:

All lace wigs are meticulously crafted using a sewing machine. Please note:

• Head measurements are required.

• We do not offer installation services.

• Bundles and closure/frontal of your choice are required. We do not accept used/old hair.

 

Bundles Required:

The number of bundles required depends on the desired length:

• 8"-14": 2 bundles

• 16"-18": 3 bundles

• 20"+: 4 or more bundles

Crochet Wigs:

Hair is provided for crochet-style wigs at no additional cost. For best results, please provide your head circumference.

Drawstring Ponytails:

Ponytails are meticulously crafted using a sewing machine with virgin hair provided by you or us. The number of bundles required depends on the desired length:

• 8"-18": 2 bundles

• 20"+: 2 or more bundles

Clip-Ins:

Clip-in sets are constructed using virgin hair provided by you or us. Each set includes seven pieces for a full head:

• 8"-18": 1-2 bundles*

• 20"+: 2-4 bundles
